As promised, I am listing below the formula for Ralph's Power Smoothie. You need: A blender, some pure water and the following ingredients:Put in blender:About 3/4 cup of pure water.
ADD: A small amount of fruit such as blueberries, strawberries or similar, whatever you like. You can use frozen if nec. Berries are good for your health Add: Vanilla flavored whey powder. (Trader Joes or Health Food store) Then add About 3 tablespoons Aloe Vera Juice You don't have to measure anything closely, just use your judgement . Oat bran - Best is Shiloh Farms - comes in pkg from HF store. Start with 1 tablespoon and use more if OK in future. It is for bulk. Flax seed oil NOW brand or any other equivalent - cold pressed. You can use about 1-2 tablespoons. Keep it refrigerated. Do not buy capsules. Cranberry Juice concentrate - a good brand is Natural Sources. From HF store. Good for urinary tract. One teaspoonful is fine. Better still, put some raw cranberries in your smoothie when in season. Optional: Unsulphured molasses - run bottle under hot water till it flows and pour in abt a tablespoon full. Don't ask me what this does. I read about it in the deep dark past.
OPTIONAL: "Very Green dietary supplement powder" (Trader Joes) or equivalent product from HF store. This stuff is made from various kinds of grasses. It is expensive and the cheapest one is from Tr Joes. Any other brand is OK or just forget it. Use one tablespoon. OPTIONAL: Bee pollen - NOT in capsules. You should use pollen pellets which are sold loose in a bottle. Any HF store has it. Rather costly. Not essential. Contains all 18 essential amino acids in it. Some people can be allergic. 1 teaspoon is enough. Do not buy Chinese bee pollen. Buy USA or Spain or France.
SUPER ADDITION: FLAXSEED - ground. You can buy natural flaxseeds and grind them yourself (coffee bean grinder)
or you can buy the already ground version. If already ground, keep it refrigerated. It will deteriorate with time, so buy
one bag at a time and don't keep it too long. Relatively low priced. HF store!
AND for good measure: Add a little GROUND TUMERIC to your diet. You can add it to a smoothie or sprinkle on on cereals.
Get it at HF store. And: Buy a piece of real GINGER ROOT (most super markets have it in the herb dept). Slice off a few thin pieces
and cross cut them into tiny pieces and add to your smoothie. Ginger is good for you. Run blender long enough so they dissolve.Put all in blender and mix on HIGH setting for maybe 1 min till you have a smooth mixture. Drink slowly. Be sure any frozen fruit is melted and mixed in. Use a spoon to eat the bran which tends to sink to the bottom. If it makes too much liquid, then cut down on the water amount next time. Take this wonderful elixir 2-3 times a week and you will live forever in perfect health. Juice Fasting: Later on I will send you detailed instructions about juice fasting. Look it up on the web. Good to do at least once a year. Not easy at first, but the result is great and you will not be able to look a french fry in the face fror a long time after. It's kind of like when you stop smoking and you can't stand it when other people are doing it. Also: If you are really serious about all this, it is good to eat a giant salad 2-3 times week for lunch if you can manage it. Use as much raw food as possible in it. Raw food gives your body the stuff it needs to thrive. Basic foods are fruits, veggies and some chicken or fish for protein. However, be careful about the animal meats because the factory farms use a lot of bad stuff
Ralph's Psyllium Seed regimen(SUPER FIBER) for those of you who want to get a gold star for your health status. Mix 1 tablespoon of PS in a glass of orange juice or H2O. Stir vigorously and drink a couple of gulps. Stir again and drink, repeat till done. You must drink it all at once because it expands with time. The next day, you will notice a great improvement in your ability to empty your bowels, (you will pardon the expression). If all goes well, increase to 2 tablespoons of PS. Good luck! LATE BREAKING INFO: For super health, you should add greens to your diet. Best to use are: Kale, collard greens, turnip greens, swiss chard, spinach, mustard greens, broccoli and cabbage. The darker in color, the better. Just steam then for 5 minutes until they are soft. Furnishes fiber and a whole host of good stuff, and it's filling! Learn to enjoy this wonderful almost-raw
food on a regular basis. Don't be concerned that you are not eating what
everyone else eats. That's OK!

If you must eat other living things, try some seafood with your veggies and salads. George burns lived to be 101 by, (according to him) eating a can of sardines every day. Omega 3 and all that. Follow your instincts. Eat less, but the right stuff. READ BOOKS. (Book list on request) CORRECT EATING IS THE KEY TO PERFECTHEALTH AND A DISEASE FREE LIFE. And by the way, forget about sugar. After you are on this regimen for a while, you will not need to sprinkle sugar on everything. Get used to this. Your body knows best!
